Our Return Policy
Not in love with your purchase? We’ll gladly take eligible items back within 30 days from the delivery date. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. The price tag must also be attached to the item, and you’ll need to present the receipt or invoice. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.
Making a Return
Step 1 - Email
Contacting our customer service team is required for any returns at SuitsOutlets.com. Please email Contact@SuitsOutlets.com to submit your request, our customer services will reply to you within 24 hours (Weekends and holidays are not included) and will send you the Return Instruction details by email to help you return and refund.
Step 2 - Ship
Please ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags, and crystal bag within 30 days for a refund on the item.
- Please attach a copy of the receipt or include a note with your order number inside the package. It is recommended to use the same box for packaging and enclose the order number and a note for your reason. Your note will guide us to verify your return.
- We recommend that the package be returned by UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx with a tracking#, Please let us know the tracking# after you send it to our warehouse(Not required), so we can track the return package and progress.
Step 3 - Refund
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- We will issue a refund based on the returned item's condition. We will email you with refund details. As shipping is a service and is non-refundable it will depend on the actual shipping cost that occurred. A restocking fee is charged for packaging, handling, and any other costs during the restocking process.
- The return shipping fee will NOT be covered unless special circumstances(For exclusions, please email contact@SuitsOutlets.com for more information).
- Failure to return the suit in its original, unused condition with its original tags, or crystal bag within 30 days may result in a return refusal. The customer can request a suit to ship back to the customer's address within 15 days from the date that the warehouse receives the return. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees to receive the suit back to the customer's address.
*All returns submitted after 6/1/2018 will use the Order Number as the RMA number.
Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser is final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
Our return philosophy is to be fair and reasonable with our customers, and we hope that our customers are fair and reasonable with us as well. In rare instances, we feel a customer isn't being fair with us, either by regularly abusing our approach to refunds or by having an unusually high rate of returns. These situations may ultimately end with the decision that we can no longer serve those customers.
